Here are some newest iOS 17 features for iPhones, according to the latest leaks

A new leak suggests some of the features of the impending iOS 17 ahead of the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2023 when Apple is slated to introduce its Mixed Reality Headset, a new Mac Pro, and the eagerly awaited iOS 17. The WWDC event is set to take place between June 5 and June 9, but a Twitter user has already compiled a list of what iOS 17 is rumored to include.

All iPhone models that are now supported by iOS 16 will be compatible with iOS 17

Although this particular user was accurate with a few features related to Dynamic Island prior to its announcement in June of last year, the new leak should still be treated with a grain of salt because the company has not yet publicly announced any of the features of the upcoming operating system. All iPhone models that are now supported by iOS 16 will be compatible with iOS 17, the source claims. Regarding the compatibility of devices running iPadOS 17, there are still questions. It’s probable that A9 and A10 Fusion-powered iPads won’t receive support this year.

According to the source, there will be new Focus Mode filters in Settings, as well as adjustments to notifications and more settings. Additionally, it is claimed that, especially for older people or smaller kids, bespoke accessibility settings will give full control over the user interface and layout. Other alterations consist of:

  • CarKey improvements
  • Health app UI changes
  • Camera app changes
  • Improved Search/Spotlight
  • More features will be included in the Dynamic Island

It would prioritize improving stability and efficiency

According to a recent source, iOS 17 would prioritize improving stability and efficiency, indicating that a redesigned Control Center might be among the most important upgrades. According to a previous source, the initial strategy for iOS 17 was to roll out a bug patch update. Later plans were altered, though, and it is now anticipated that the update will include new features such as an improved CarPlay experience, modifications to Siri, the ability to sideload and access competing app stores, support for Apple’s mixed-reality headset, as well as other improvements and new features. Keep checking back for more information on the impending iOS 17.
