According to Luminate data, his latest single, “Slow Dancing,” debuted at No. 2 on the chart, with little under 10,200 copies sold. During the same chart period, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s latest collaboration, “Bongos,” reached No. 1.
V’s Layover continues his remarkable run on the Digital Song Sales chart, with a pair of debuts. “Blue” is the album’s second-best seller, debuting at No. 12 with approximately 3,700 copies sold. “For Us” debuts somewhat lower on the chart, with roughly 2,500 copies sold in the first week.
Furthermore, V’s previous singles from Layover, which were released weeks ago but only hours apart, have returned to the Digital Song Sales chart as fans anxiously support his solo work. “Love Me Again” climbs to No. 35, with “Rainy Days” close behind at No. 36. These songs, which first charted in the top five, continue to be popular with listeners, selling 1,944 and 1,856 copies, respectively.
