Apple Event 2023: When and where to watch? What to expect- Full details

Apple event 2023 aka Apple’s ‘Wonderlust’ event will take place on Tuesday (September 12). The yearly event makes headlines because the business unveils a new generation of iPhones, among other things. The event will start at 10:00 a.m. (PT) and will be a live webcast on the company’s YouTube account. Apple CEO Tim Cook will discuss what the company has accomplished in the last year and what the future holds for Apple users. The iPhone 15, which will have improved hardware and a new display for Apple fans, is the most talked about device.

Apple Event 2023: From iPhone 15 to new Apple watch- What to expect

Users will most likely witness a new iPhone line-up – the iPhone 15. The iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be included. The company is likely to maintain the iPhone 14 pattern, as it does every year. This suggests that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro may have a 6.1-inch display, while the iPhone Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max may have a 6.7-inch display. Thinner bezels and other design modifications are possible. (https://www.cookwarejunkies.com)

Due to European Union rules, Apple may abandon the Lightning connector in favor of USB Type-C charging with the iPhone 15 series. There is also speculation that ordinary iPhone 15 devices may have limited charging speeds and will require Apple-certified cords. The top two models are the iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max – which may come with faster data transfer speed.

Apple is also anticipated to unveil two versions of its wearable device, the Watch. Apple Watch Series 9 and the all-new Ultra are likely to have new hardware and a faster refresh rate on the screen. The Watch Series 9 is projected to come in 41-millimetre and 45-millimetre sizes, while the Watch Ultra 2 will come in 49-millimetre sizes.

According to reports, the AirPods will acquire new features such as the ability to mute and unmute (a function known as conversational awareness). In addition, instead of the existing Lightning port, these new devices are expected to have USB Type-C charging.

The company will also give official release dates for iPhones, iPads, Watches, and TVs, as well as substantial hardware upgrades and the latest generation of its operating system, iOS17.
